A person can apply for membership at Phoenix Clubhouse if he/ she is:

●      Suffering from a major psychiatric           illness,

●     18–64 years of age,

●     willing to become a member of the        Phoenix Clubhouse,

●    Referred by the Department of                Psychiatry at the Queen Mary                  Hospital or by a private        psychiatrist.
